Placing Orders

You may place orders for our products through the website. All orders are subject to acceptance by us and we may decline to supply any order at our sole discretion.

Products may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only.

Prices and Payment

The prices payable for our products are clearly set out on our website. Prices may change at any time but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Payments must be made online at the time you place the order. We accept payments through Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and bank transfer. All amounts quoted are in Pounds Sterling.

Delivery

We will arrange delivery of products to the address provided by you when placing the order. We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days of receiving cleared payment. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and out of our control once dispatch has occurred. We are not liable for any delays caused by delivery/courier companies.

Cancellations and Returns

As all products are custom made to order according to your specifications, you do not have the right to cancel your order once placed.

If the products delivered to you are faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with details and photographs of the issues. We will arrange collection and provide you with replacement products or a refund as appropriate at our discretion.

Liability

Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or breach of any terms implied by operation of law.

We shall under no circumstances be liable to you for any special, incidental or consequential damages including, without limitation, those resulting from loss of use, lost data, lost profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use, or result of use of our website or products purchased from our website.
